These Terms govern your use of Soul Hub (also styled “SoulHub”, the “App”), an internal desktop application operated by Ex Anima Games for its own studio team. By using Soul Hub you agree to these Terms.
Soul Hub is private and team-only. Access is limited to members of the Ex Anima Games team signing in with an authorized @exanimagames.com Google account. There is no public sign-up, and you may not access or use the App without authorization.
You agree to use Soul Hub only for the studio's legitimate internal work — and not to misuse it, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, interfere with its operation, or use it to break any applicable law or any connected platform's terms.
Soul Hub can connect the studio's own social accounts (such as TikTok) so the team can create, schedule, publish and measure the studio's posts. You connect an account through that network's official authorization flow, and you are responsible for the content you publish through Soul Hub. Your use of each connected network remains subject to that network's own terms — including, for TikTok, the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must hold the rights to anything you post and must not publish unlawful, infringing or otherwise prohibited content.
Soul Hub, its software, and the Ex Anima Games name, logo and brand are the property of Ex Anima Games. These Terms grant you no ownership of the App or the brand.
Soul Hub is an internal tool provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data shown from third-party services (such as build systems or social networks) is always accurate or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ex Anima Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Soul Hub.
We may update these Terms as Soul Hub evolves. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
