Privacy Policy

Soul Hub (also styled “SoulHub”, the “App”) is an internal tool operated by Ex Anima Games for its own studio team. This policy describes the limited data Soul Hub handles: the information you provide when you sign in with Google, and the data from the studio's own social accounts the team chooses to connect to the App.

Signing in (Google)

When you sign in, Google shares your basic profile with Soul Hub via the openid, email and profile scopes:

your name
your email address (and whether Google has verified it)
your profile photo (avatar)
your Google account identifier and hosted domain, to confirm you belong to Ex Anima Games

This identifies you inside the App — your name and avatar on tasks, comments and activity. Soul Hub requests online access only and does not store Google refresh tokens.

Connected social accounts (TikTok and others)

Soul Hub lets the team connect the studio's own social accounts — for example TikTok — to draft, schedule, publish and measure the studio's posts. An account is only ever connected when a team member explicitly authorizes it through that network's official sign-in (OAuth); Soul Hub never accesses anyone else's account, and never reads private messages.

When a studio TikTok account is connected, and only with that authorization (scopes user.info.basic, user.info.stats, video.list, video.upload, video.publish), Soul Hub accesses:

the connected account's basic profile — its open ID, display name, username and avatar;
the connected account's follower and statistics counts;
the connected account's own recent videos and their public metrics (views, likes, comments, shares), shown in the App to track performance;
the creator information TikTok requires in order to publish (such as the available privacy options) and, when a team member chooses to post, the uploading and publishing of a video to that connected account.

Soul Hub acts only on the connected studio account, at the direction of an authorized team member, and never posts on its own.

How we use it

We use this data only to operate Soul Hub for the team: to authenticate you, to show the studio's social profiles and post performance, and to publish the posts your team creates. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties.

Storage & retention

We store your Google name, email, avatar URL and account identifier in Soul Hub's private database for as long as you are a member of the Ex Anima Games team. For a connected social account we store its access and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest), its account identifier and username, so the connection persists between sessions.

Disconnecting & deleting your data

You can disconnect a social account at any time inside Soul Hub (Socials → the account → Disconnect), which deletes the stored tokens and account data for that account. You can also revoke Soul Hub's access directly from your TikTok account settings. To request deletion of any data Soul Hub holds about you or a connected account, contact us at exanimagames@gmail.com and we will remove it. Removing your team access also removes your record.
